Charleston by night!

Disturbed by fire alarm at 0 silly o clock! Ran down the stairs after throwing some clothes ! (Years of working in hotels kicked in!)
False alarm! .....after 15 minutes told to retire to room!
Listened to the Archers to go back to sleep ......to hear there’s huge drama in Ambridge! .....won’t spoilt it for others!

BreAkfast on oldest cafe in Savannah, checked out of hotel, & drove north to Beaufort in Low Country , a charming town on the water, after a mooch about, decided to buy a picnic in supermarket & drive to the beach at Hunting Island
Much flood prevention work being carried out here ( see extra) despit et his we enjoyed our picnic
After we drove north to Charleston, after checking in, we walked into the Main Street, we had delicious dinner in Halls Chophouse ......wonderful food & Devine wine! Fun night!
