Soda bread

My new addiction to baking bread continues.

This rather rustic looking soda bread was made using a Paul Hollywood recipe.

The celebrity Chef and television personality is a judge on The Great British Bake Off.

While he might have tolerated this, I don't think it would have merited a famous handshake.
