An unreal sight

Driving through the Central Valley today we saw a lot of flat landscape which was hard to take any interesting photos of. Vineyards without end, alternated by feed lots full of poor cows and plants with some strange exhaust coming out of their chimneys confirmed my reluctance to buy wines coming from this region: mostly labeled Lodi.
And then I noticed this little mosque standing all alone in a green meadow.
The picture is heavily cropped and shot through the car window.
The volcano in the background is Mt Shasta I would guess.
