Run forest run.

Alastair wants to run, I can't run due to bad hip - solution, he runs, I cycle with him shouting inspiring, motivational words of encouragement...or insults. The photo is blurry not because I'm trying to cycle and take a photo at the same time, but because Alastair was running so fast. I don't think he knows I took pictures..oh well :)
