Mrs Mallard being photo-bombed by Mr Canada Goose this afternoon.    An afternoon spent digging over one of the borders with the company of Mrs Mallard and Mr and Mrs Canada Goose.   It's so satisfying seeing the soil turned over and all the old foliage and weeds gone, hopefully more of the same tomorrow, weather permitting.
I made some bread this morning, just waiting to tuck into some with a bowl of homemade vegetable soup.
