Out of the woods

Hana (and the end of the world)

Greetings from Norway in total lock-down.
We had a lot of News covering of the coronavirus for weeks now, but the situation worsened this week and yesterday the government took drastic measures
All schools, libraries and public service are closed, hair salong, cinemas, fitness centres, sport clubs, music clubs, you name it closed. Shops that are not essential (like food stores) are open only limited hours. People are advised to stay at home and keep at least 1m distanse from people when outside. No handshakes, No hugs.

So we are officially in lock-down.
Had my usual shift at the Shelter and of course the cats dont care that the world goes down :-). Hana, in the picture, loved the attention. He is such a good boy. Unfortunately we finally got the answer to our months long diagnosis hunt. His scrabs at the nose is a malignant cancer and he probably has not so much time left. He will probably move to one of our very dedicated fosterhomes for the time he has left and will get all the cuddles and snacks he deserves.
