Schiacciata (Tuscan Flatbread with Grapes)

The last session on the Italian Bread Making Course was on Schiacciata (Flat Bread) and Sfilatino (Italian-style Baguette).  It was much more successful than last weeks; despite the ovens continuing to be a problem.

Made Schiattiato with black grapes, port-soaked raisins, fennel seeds and rosemary.  

Unfortunately the rest of the family are not that keen on raisins; so I may have to eat these all myself!
