Teign Morning

I was awake fairly early this morning and it looked lovely out there. The weather was forecast to close in after a couple of hours so I took my camera and went down to the river. 

A brisk breeze was rippling the surface so I put on a filter to slow the exposure a little. My favourite shot is this two second exposure up the river with the early sun lighting up the banks and the Teign Bridge in the distance. It was taken just an hour after sunrise.

I was out doing some grocery shopping by 9 am and put the van through the carwash too. The weather hasn't been as bad as I'd thought it might be but it's been pretty dull so I'm glad I got the best of the day.
