Kenny...

and the Partick Thistle thistle!  :-))

When Ele and Kenny were here a couple of weeks ago, Kenny saw some of my thistle paintings and joked that I could paint him a Partick Thistle thistle.  So I did!  :-))  

Thankfully he likes it very much.  Apparently it will have pride of place in his Partick Thistle corner of the study.  In fact they are about to redecorate the study and he was winding Ele up saying they could paint it in Partick Thistle colours.  Well I think he was winding her up!   ;-)))

David and Ele took Lola on her woodland walk whilst Kenny and I waited at home for my Tesco delivery.  The delivery guy asked if we were self isolating and on being told no, he said he could come in.  Apparently if you are self isolating the drivers will transfer your groceries to bags, leave them at the door, and sign receipt of the delivery on your behalf.  

We continue to support our local butcher, baker and greengrocer, but  should we have to self isolate over the next 7 - 14 days, we won't go hungry.  The only item they couldn't deliver was loo roll *rolls eyes*

David, Ele and Lola returned from their walk (Ele was very happy as she'd walked over 8000 steps and it wasn't even midday :-)) We had bacon rolls for lunch then a leisurely afternoon whilst Kenny and David fitted one of those doorbells you can answer using your phone and see and talk to whoever's at the door.  

Sod's Law there's a glitch with my phone and the app won't work properly.  Works fine on David's phone.  Typical.  Further investigation required.
