Without wanting to get too excited it looks like there might be some sort of walkway between Conference Square and Chuckie Pend along the back of the new building which replaces the robot car park. Whilst the old entrance to the robot car park from Morrison St is still there it is unknown if it still leads to the underside of the conference centre and a way out to the West Approach Road, provided you could find a way to make the lights detect you to enable escape.
