Three Daisies

I had a great run this morning with two other club members, I put a request out on our Club Messenger and got one response and yesterday Dick Jim asked what time I was going and how far 21.2., he was very keen and we all left at 08:30. Malcolm was going to run 30+ and had run 10 before arriving at my place and Dick Jim had not run 21 before. I have a habit of going too fast by myself and on a long run like this I would probably run myself into the ground and end up doing a lot of walking. Both runners are faster than me at the moment but pulled me along at a 6.21km pace and 14 minutes faster than last week.
