I popped into the garden this afternoon looking for a blip and observed these two bees fighting - seemingly for the right to sip nectar from this bloom.

Coronavirus - as from today, stricter border control came into force meaning all incoming air passengers are now required to self isolate for 14 days. Cruise ships are no longer permitted in NZ waters.
The total confirmed cases is NZ is 8 and no deaths.
