Quintessential

This pretty little, quintessentially English, church with its skirt of daffodils really lifted my spirits today.  Kind of necessary as I'd just discovered that I have a chipped crown (tooth variety!) and a tooth implant had also been suggested.  That's a lot of money to spend on preserving body parts.

Relatively speaking, it's low on the list of difficult stuff tbh.

The blue sky and birdsong also helped. Plus a good few hours in the garden, getting it back to presentable. Until a few hours ago, we were due a photographer from the estate agent next Monday and quite a lot of post winter primping in the garden was required.  However, given The Situation, we've decided to postpone matters; we don't want visitors and no one will want to go out much. Plus we don't wish to be that  property everyone has already viewed online a zillion times and is sick to death of!

Actually, that's a big load to be able to shed for a while.

Thank you so much everyone for your very kind comments at such a difficult time. It's very much appreciated xx

Btw, this is being posted on the wrong day, in case you're confused.  Should be 16/3 but I'll need to get to a computer to sort it out!
