Miniature quiches

Here are some small quiches which I made today with Stilton and cream cheese. They are a perfect size for freezing and can be cooked from frozen (so a good emergency meal). Linda and I enjoyed a couple of these for dinner this evening.

Another busy day at work, talking to Honours History students about resources for immigration and ethnicity history. All this teaching keeps me on my toes with the Library's electronic resources.
