First Frost.....

I was amazed to see the frosted edges of some plants as Maisie and I walked this morning. It was very chilly when we set off and gloves would have been useful. I cannot recall such an early frost in years gone by. Anyway the day was sunny and nicely warm. I had yet another session at Physio this morning. These sessions have been most useful and appreciated. I have been diligent in doing my exercises four times a day. But the Covid-19 issue is starting to occupy our minds . It is tightening its grip around the world and is a source of much worry.
