J worked from home today as the boiler was due its service. Seems the boiler person has come down with the Miley Cyrus and cancelled, rebooked for Monday. Ran home again today and did an extra 4K loop at the end so 28K in total. Felt OK till 18k when the gentle headwind I was running into all the way back took its toll. Dinner and a bath before an early night. With all the panic buying going on in the shops Kilda was happy that her frozen raw food arrived in 2 big boxes today.
