Quiet weather today, drizzle and felt cold - an improvement on last night’s howling gale and torrential rain.
After emptying water out of seed trays, I collected salad leaves for lunch.
Announcement that schools in whole of UK are closing on Friday in the hope of slowing the spread of Coronavirus.
Started off some alfalfa and red cabbage seeds to eat as sprouting seeds. 
Lots of books arrived for me today, The Book People have had a huge sale as they go into liquidation - terrible shame, I’ve been buying from them for about 20 years.
Still having lots of surprises in my family history, we have a distant relation on an island in Nova Scotia!!
