Calm Blue

I'm not stocking up on toilet rolls or panic buying tinned foods. I did however walk out of B&Q with 6 tins of paint. The devil makes work for idol hands.

South Queensferry, despite the obvious, still offers a moment of calm.

There is a community spirit which our street has never known. Support groups set up, all notified and all responding.

Decisions made 'down Saff' to get out before a lock down. Not here though, the seaside instead. I am a little jealous and a little wound up.

Other family members with trips to make in the coming days and others who should be making trips having to stay.

Then there's the little star who is helping new mothers because babies don't understand the need to delay.

Who said isolation would give me time to read and sew and garden and work from home? The unexpected book parcel was todays joy.
