Metallic flower Friday

Back blip - note events have rather overtaken me since I took this picture...

Getting ready for my trip to my step-dad's funeral. I took my UK money out so I'd be ready. I've photographed the "new" pound coin before, but that's no reason not to do it again. It has flowers on it, a rose and a thistle, but the leek and shamrock are aren't depicted in flower.

As of day of posting, not day of photographing, in case you are wondering, the funeral went okay and I managed to get back to the France too.
