Early morning Bumble

stepped out the house this morning at 6.15 and this bumble cruised passed me and landed on the blossom.  An early start for a Bee and the temp was low, so I wonder if the nest is short of stores.  2 photos to chose from today but i went for this one as it had some nice colour.  The other shot is rather bleak and misty and similar to some other shots i have posted recently (extra photos).

The day was very similar to yesterday which i guess we should get used to in these strange days.

Lovely walk with the kids in a very muddy forest.

Although we had a survival plan for the day we implemented less boundaries around the kids which i think was a good lesson in something we wont do again. Tomorrow the clear boundaries are back so we all know where we stand.

Saying that the kids did brilliantly with their listening and both Z and I managed to do a pretty good days work.

Also, lots of family meal times around the table which has been fab.
