Spring

Tomorrow is the First Full Day of Spring but spring officially begins at 11 something tonight.  Does that mean that today is THE First Day of Spring?!

Regardless of when the calendar says Spring starts, Mother Nature always makes her own mind up as to when she thinks we should see it.  Here in Southeastern North Carolina, Spring has arrived and there are blooms aplenty.

Currently around my garden, besides all the azaleas (extra), there are the Redbuds, Periwinkle, Dogwood, Honeysuckle, Dandelion Clocks, Tulip Tree buds and Jasmine.

I was outside first thing doing some weeding and planting the tulip bulbs from my February Bulb Basket.  Then it was soaking up the sun while reading a book.   I read a complete book out there!
