Can anyone guess what this is?

Today my mother called to tell me that a cousin has tested positive.  He had been on a cruise and was symptom free for over a week.  He thought he was fine but wasn't.  I just hope that he did not have contact with others...

On a positive note, another cousin made it home safely and straight into quarantine, from Thailand (work related).  He was one of six people on the plane!  And...my brother secured a flight home as it looks like air travel will be suspended shortly. He will be on the last Canadian flight out of Portugal on the 31st.  So surreal...
