Fire Drill

Fire drill in the office this morning. The number of people outside is about the same as one floor on a normal day. So given we have four floors in the building I reckon we are down to 25% workforce.

Most are working from home but a few of us are still in the office waiting for remote access and running a skelton crew for any of what the council calls ‘frontline services’ ie. customer facing.

It feels a bit like working between Christmas and New Year when everyone else is on the sofa eating Quality Street and watching telly. Actually it’s exactly like that but with more toilet rolls!

(Note - I haven’t panic bought ANY toilet rolls because I have a brain)
