Result!

Went out to shop this morning and managed to find a bag of bread flour. Now, there are those who will accuse us of panic buying - not the case. This came from a community bakery, so we are supporting those who help others. I suspect that this flour, milled relatively locally will prove to be the proverbial "dog's bollocks". If it proves that good all futurte purchases of bread flour will be 16kg bags from there. Also it was brought home by foot & shoulder, so a totally green shop.
