Today I shopped at the Continente grocery store which has set up the first couple hours for seniors. As the other markets in Portugal have. It was not crazy busy. Got what we needed for the the next few weeks.
Then I ordered an exercise bike from Decathlon.
Layne made incredible chilli for dinner.
Stayed on top of the bug going around, the politics not going round.
There was a Facetime chat with a friend from Portland.
The air has less man made pollutants and that is good.

And looked over an article about overcoming fear.
It was a good day.
