An Orkney Sunset

A good day to start the task of weeding and tidying the perennials.  The Lunaria Rediviva has survived all the salt spray it received.  Quite nippit fingers early on but p.m. it was warm.  Took CMC to the Hoy ferry and then went in past to prepare my Mum’s evening meal.  A queue of sixteen folk outside Sutherlands’ pharmacy; when I got in I couldn’t mind on what I’d gone in for.

I entered CL’s ‘sunset challenge’ but was not even placed.
