Carmen’s Restaurant

Gratitude Project Day 75.

Today I am grateful for the Christmas voucher that funded a night at the Stockmans Motel in Tamworth and a beautiful and delicious lunch at Carmen’s.

I had a stuffed eggplant dish that was amazing and Michael had veal and mushrooms on a bed of polenta.
