Two images taken from Crosby, while out walking, of the hamlet of Crosscanonby. The second image also shows what is left of Mile Fortlet 21. which was part of Adrian's defences which included the Roman wall, which started construction in 122 AD. The square-shaped mound top left corner of the image is that mile fortlet, from this vantage point there is uninterrupted views across the Solway Firth towards Scotland.
