Frida knows what to do - just follow her example !

A beautiful sunny day after a chilly start. It really is Autumn now. 
We are keeping in touch with family and friends via phone, messenger, texting, email, FaceTime and chatting “over the fence” with neighbours. We are so fortunate to have technology we can use at times like this.
I would find it very tough if our daily walks were curbed- let’s hope we can get on top of that curve and reduce it.
It is going to take a team effort world wide.
