Man the barricades

After making mud puddles with the soil wetting agent, I planted my Rainbow Chard seeds.  Whereupon the dogs decided it might be a good idea to dig them up.

Couldn't be bothered to go to the garden centre to get chicken wire - by all accounts they won't have any anyway.  The latest thing you HAVE to buy is point of lay chooks, which of course all need to be fenced in against the foxes, and hence the run on chicken wire.

So I used as many small branches and twigs I could find.  I might string them up tomorrow just to make it more or less dog proof.
