Perspective

I had to go to the supermarket. I walked through the park. I took the time to notice the budding blossom and leaves on the trees. The day-old goslings, & ducklings on the lake. The promise of warmer weather on the breeze. 
While our human world shuts down, the planet carries on regardless - probably relieved that with our polluting activities curtailed it too, has breathing room.

Mam is home. She heard the very sad news that her oldest friend passed away in the early hours. RIP Angela.

I spent the rest of the day, cleaning, urban gardening (window boxes), and then watched a couple of movies.
