Lunch ingredients

I'm normally starving when I get in from my Friday morning shift at the charity shop and grab the quickest lunch possible but today the kind man that sometimes pops in with a bag of pastries to share did just that so I didn't even need my emergency kitkat (everyone has one of those don't they?!)

This meant I had time to put more thought into it and so made something proper instead. I called it Pitta Pizza and you can see how it turned out here :)

In other news the snow and ice isn't thawing and Stella's paws are not happy about this! The car park for work was an absolute ice rink this morning and I think we're forecast more snow tonight :-/
