Another exciting day in the home office,. Have been sitting on a yoga ball that my kind neighbour has lent me. So my back has feels a lot better.
Wandered out for a walk through the vineyards with L&L this afternoon , sunny but windy.
And my physio has very kindly sent me a whole series of exercises to do.
