Almond Cheese Alternative

I guess we have to live an alternative lifestyle now....
I used these for the first time today and I have to say, the grilled 'cheese' sandwich was great.
I got this on my last trip to Trader Joe's, all the cheese was gone and it was actually a little bit odd, that three of those were still there, as if someone (who could read) had forgotten those. I only saw 'mozzarella' and grabbed all three. They last till Nov 2020!!!  A Good buy!
