Quick treat

Awesome carrot "fries". 

Cut carrots into chip shapes, moisten with spoon of oil (I use olive because I like the taste - it's up to you).  Sprinkle over a teaspoon of Ras El Hanout to taste. It can be pretty spicy.  I make my own to Rick Stein's recipe.  You could use a mild curry powder.  Or maybe even paprika.

Then sprinkle over a couple of tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.   Mix well.  Grease a pizza tin and spread in a single layer.

Bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees or until cooked.
