RIP

My dearest MIL died last night. A blessed release for her but her family and remaining friends will miss her practical presence and support dreadfully. She was so unselfish, supported her chosen charities wholeheartedly and just got on with things. The best thing she said to me as a young mother, anxious at the state of our house with visitors was that "Dust never killed anyone"; the last thing she said to me, on hearing that LD had got kittens was, "I don't like cats!". Rest in peace now.
