Or "Pintadeau aux chicons". There's a lot of garlic, paprika & white wine involved... Guess what I'll be eating for the next three days? The smell enveloping the flat as I write this is making my mouth water!
Didn't put my nose outside today - but am mightily encouraged by the generosity of neighbours who offer to shop for me - us humans are a good race.
The guy I lent €50 the other day has come good - not only has he repaid the debt, but has given me half a dozen bottles of juicy red from his native France. Good man!
