Spring flowers

It was really hot today, in fact I could not finish raking the grass on the lawn without taking breaks!  Not used to the sudden blast of heat! Good for making Vitamin D.  Spoke to a few people walking past the gate and a neighbour through the hedge who was trying to finish some garden chores before the oncoming freezing week-end.   Sat out in the sun for a while reading and listening to the skylarks.  Not much happening.  T is working on a neighbouring farm today in his tractor. The work on ours will start tomorrow.
