Planning For The Future

Eventually, and Hopefully, sooner rather than later, the Corona Virus will pass and everyday life will gradually get back to normal.

Today, we received our Volunteer cards for the National Trust for Scotland and that is the subject of today’s Blipfoto.

We also received an email from the wonderful Claudia who manages the volunteers at Hill of Tarvit.

In order to be ready for the Opening we are now all collaborating to develop a new script which will reveal more of the people who lived in the House.

We all have our different stories and sources of research and now is the time to work together, albeit at email length apart.

I was out and about in the garden, and noticed that the soundscape has changed markedly.

It is now very much more of an evening soundscape, as the amount of traffic has dropped dramatically, and with it the sound levels.

Farmers can be heard working over a mile away and trains can be heard crossing the Tay Rail Bridge. The birds are certainly in full voice.

Also absent are the vapour trails from the aircraft that normally fly overhead.

Spent yesterday upgrading the software on all of our various Apple devices: iPhones, iPads, Mac Pros, Apple TV etc.

The most up to date version of iOS is 13.4 and iOSPad 13.4. There is also an update for iOS 12.4 which is 12.4.6.

All,of the upgrades were accomplished without any drama. Several bugs have been squashed and I would suggest that if you have not do so, you do consider it.
