Social Distancing

Another photography group I dip into now and again was discussing the ethics of photography during one's daily walk.  The conclusion seemed to be that it's ok to have your little point-and-shoot camera or your mobile phone and take one or two shots of what you happen to see; but not ok to change lenses, lug your tripod around, and set up for shots - unless you're in your own garden of course.  I think that's broadly my view.  What do other blippers think?
