i succumbed.....i found Joe Wicks to much for me so Dutch friend suggested i look at Nederland Beweegt on youtube....i hope i can get up tomorrow...
Ashwood (the complex where i live)  came out in force to honour the carers....so besides the legs....the hands got a workout too....i have a video clip on facebook
