mini-breakout

we had to take my husband's bike to the repair shop a couple of blocks away (it tickles me that bicycle shops are considered essential business and still open here).  so we made an 'outing' of it with our younger son and his skateboard.  the little Sicilian grocer was open, and my son spotted a marvelous (hee) van in the inner hof of the old factory so I took some photos.  I also borrowed his skateboard for a bit.  the magnolia stellata blossom is on the tree that is still in our apartment, but will go back out this weekend when we're sure the better weather will stick.
