A weird side effect of working from home that I wasn't anticipating was actually getting a but healthier...! I had assumed that a near constant access to my food supply would have me bingeing like a fiend, but actually I've not been too terrible with snacking, and I've been much better at remembering to drink. Also, I have way less coffee because of the bit of extra sleep I'm getting, and (WARNING: INCOMING TMI MESSAGE) that's actually really improved my bowel movements. I'm going way less frequently and having much healthier poops.
I need to get a sensible office chair though. My poor buttcheeks.
