Finding the Wild

One of the biggest things I'm going to miss at the moment, even more than getting out on the bike, is heading into the countryside and looking out for wildlife. So I've decided to start surveying the wildlife in the garden, right down to the insects. Not quite sure 'how' yet, it may just be a pictorial record. But with some Bullfinches and Long-tailed Tits hanging round just now (both unusual for our garden, but around frequently enough to suggest they're nesting nearby), and the chance always of Sparrowhawks, and gliding Buzzards, as well as the evening Foxes, there should be enough to keep me going.

Got Lagertha and Siggy out in the garden some more today, actually for a few hours as we worked away. Only some mild aggro from the other two, so going well so far. Harris got a wander out as well (which has only served to get him even more obsessed with the outdoors).
