iso - lation

I can't believe it's Saturday already.  Having not worn my fit bit for a while it's taken me 3 days to realise that it's not synced.  It says 17th March .... it might as well be.  A cold wind today so forced myself to go out to the woods again with Little B around 3 pm.  Came back feeling refreshed but it soon dissipated.  Ah well, tomorrow's another day as Scarlett said in Gone with the Wind!
