Keep on moving - in our yard!

New wheelbarrow to help with yard work - it got plenty of use today hauling dirt and sand. Dirt to fill in low spots in the yard and holes made by Miya. Sand to replace the pool filter sand. Less than a year with a pool and the things I've learned... I had no idea that it used sand to filter the pool water.

A full day outside makes it easy to forget for a bit what is happening out in the world and to let go of worries. Hopefully physical work will help us get a good night sleep as well.
