Repaired

This morning I repaired an old watch and it's associated heart rate sensor.  A new battery, some cleaning, and fixing a spring were required.

Not sure that I need it for anything as I have a far more sophisticated watch for running these days, with GPS, heart rate and cadence sensors.

I just don't like things being broken I guess.

One thing I have learned is that my resting heart rate seems to be about 55.  Holding a camera up increased it to 61...  That seemed low so I checked it with my phone (I've never got in to using the heart rate sensor on that) but that seems to agree.
