Australia Day Pie Eating Competition

Well, it's Australia Day and today my parents and I went to the Southport RSL club to celebrate over a few beverages. My parents went to play the poker machines (which I hate) so I decided to check out the annual pie eating competition (eating pies is a Australian tradition). This photo I've taken is of the 'defending pie eating champion' struggling with a younger.....& more British competitor (which hurt him even more when he found out). To his horror, he lost to that British competitor by 1 pie!!
