The Poetry Rose Garden

In the summer the Poetry Rose Garden in Queen's Park is filled with colour but at the moment a bit of cutting back is required.
The garden is a memorial to Scottish poets and was created in July 2003 to celebrate Glasgow hosting the World Rose Convention.
I do like the words of Hugh McDairmid  - I want for my part only the little white rose of Scotland. The words are engraved stone in the blip and the full text can be found on-line.
