Flapjacks

A much more active day today! We were a bit later up but 8.30am is the old 7.30am -----. We got into the garden and planted some raspberry canes which we had lifted in the autumn as part of our garden revamp. They're in a new location and we hope they will fruit this summer. 
It rained on and off but this didn't deter my rugged Genny who just kept going, while I wussed indoors. 
To make up, I made the fruity flapjacks above. They're not a traditional recipe but a mixture which uses up over ripe bananas and any other fruity leftovers, and substitutes sugar with honey. They still taste great.
We've also got together with 3 neighbours to share shopping - when they go for their main shop up they'll get a few top ups for the others and we'll of course do the same for them. 
My London based son and his partner are recovering from mild symptoms of probably the COVID 19 and are nearly going wild with all the staying in, but seem to be coping otherwise.
